Reserve Steel, Inc’s “IF” system started by transforming your CAD drawings into our 3D Parametric software to fabricate your project’s framing as perfectly as possible. Using state-of-the-art fabrication machinery we cut all framing pieces to the exact size with virtually no waste. RSI can transform thousands of linear feet of cold-rolled steel into pre-cut, custom studs in a matter of minutes. All attachment features are punched and dimpled, then the assembly code is printed on each stud and this corresponds to a paper schematic that accompanies each delivery for quick and efficient assembly. Enabling further cost savings is our ability to punch a 1 11/32″ extrusion point, which reduces the time required for trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC etc. to complete their work.
